This page describes what happens to information you send through letsgrowops.com. It is written from the site's own source code, so it describes the data flows that actually exist rather than the ones a template would assume.

What this site collects on its own

Nothing automatically. letsgrowops.com is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising, session-recording or fingerprinting scripts. There are no accounts and no logins.

The only information we receive is information you type into a form or hand to our scheduling tool.

What the forms collect

There are four forms on this site. Each one submits to Formspree, a third-party form service, which stores the submission and forwards it to us by email.

• Contact form (/contact/) — name, email address, agency name, team size, monthly revenue range, current delivery setup, primary need, biggest pain, and an optional free-text message.
• Homepage enquiry form (/) — name, email address, agency name, team size, revenue range, current setup, primary need, and an optional free-text message.
• Book-a-call form (/book-a-call/) — name, work email address, agency name, monthly revenue range and team size.
• Template download form (/resources/agency-kickoff-template/) — work email address, plus a hidden field naming which resource was requested.

Everything you type into those fields is transmitted to and stored by Formspree. What Formspree retains, and for how long, is governed by Formspree's privacy policy.

We use what you send to reply to you and to assess whether the engagement is a fit. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Booking a call

Discovery calls are scheduled with Calendly. The Calendly widget script is loaded on every page of this site, and opening or completing a booking sends the details you enter — including your name, email address and answers to any booking questions — to Calendly. Calendly's handling of that data is governed by Calendly's privacy notice.

Third-party requests every page makes

• Google Fonts — every page requests typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Like any HTTP request, these carry your IP address and browser user-agent to Google.
• Calendly — every page loads the Calendly widget script and stylesheet from assets.calendly.com, which likewise carries your IP address and user-agent to Calendly.
• Formspree — contacted only at the moment you submit a form.

No other external host is contacted by this site.

Questions, corrections and deletion

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Because submissions are held in Formspree and in email, a deletion request covers both.

Changes to this page

If the site starts collecting something it does not collect today — analytics, for example — this page will be updated before that change ships.
